Quality Assurance
Process

Every shipment follows a strict 7-step quality assurance process — from source verification to final dispatch — ensuring consistent quality across every order.

1

Source Verification

All supplier farms, mills, and processing units are pre-audited for FSSAI compliance, hygiene standards, and production capacity before any sourcing begins.

2

Raw Material Inspection

Incoming raw materials are inspected for moisture content, foreign matter, colour, and grade classification before entering the processing line.

3

Laboratory Testing

Every batch is tested by accredited third-party laboratories for pesticide residues, heavy metals, aflatoxins, and microbiological parameters to CODEX / EU / USFDA standards.

4

Packaging & Grading

Products are graded, sorted, and packed in food-grade packaging materials with correct labelling — including origin, batch number, net weight, and expiry date.

5

Phytosanitary Inspection

Phytosanitary certificates are obtained from the Plant Quarantine Authority for all agricultural shipments, confirming freedom from pests, diseases, and prohibited substances.

6

Export Documentation

All mandatory export documents are prepared — Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Phytosanitary Certificate, and COA from lab.

7

Dispatch & Tracking

Goods are containerised under supervision, sealed, and dispatched with full shipment tracking details shared with the buyer on the same day.

Every Batch. Every Time.

Our lab testing process covers all parameters required by importing countries — EU, UK, USA, GCC, and Asia Pacific markets.

Step 01

Sample Collection

Representative samples are collected from every production batch at point of packaging — following CODEX and ISO sampling protocols.
